Autumn in the North
The autumn months in Norway, Sweden and Denmark are beautiful! The days are getting shorter but the three countries still have a lot to offer if you are looking for outdoor activities.
As well as indoor activities of course.
In Norway we love to challenge each other at wheel bob, ATV or sledge hockey. Or why not at a game of curling. Glacier tours are addictive and so is going by RIB-Boat – but when preferring that little calmer activity try relaxing in an outdoor Jacuzzi gazing out over the sea.

In Sweden we would like to strike a blow for the roof-top walk in the heart of Stockholm; a thrilling and different experience. Join us on a wilderness safari to see elks, wild boar and reindeers or go hunting. In Gothenburg we like go-carting in the sea and, of course, we visit the Stockholm archipelago as often as we can!

If you have not visited it yet, we highly recommend a stroll through Christiania in Denmark. With its 1970s feel, houses in all shapes (such as the ingeniuos banana house) and colors, workshops and a lake the area attracts visitors as well as locals. Copenhagen is known for good shopping so why not do your pre-Christmas shopping on Strøget followed by lunch at Copenhagen’s first organic restaurant.

In all three countries nature shows itself from one of its best aspects in the autumn. One of the best ways of discovering this is from a place of natural beauty, for instance at one of the old country inns, manors or palaces or maybe at a windswept seaside hotel.
