Denmark is a popular congress country and especially the capital, Copenhagen, hosts many international major congresses such as EULAR and ERS. The closeness to Europe and the excellent communications by air, road, sea and rail with outstanding international services are two reason. The value for money, a long tradition of hosting big events and the “can do” attitude of the people are other reasons.
